Chicken Cheddar Pockets

This recipe is for 16 pockets

For the sauce

Butter – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 4 cloves
Milk – 2 cups
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Oregano – 1 teaspoon
Parmesan – 1/2 cup
You can also alternatively choose to use a store bought sauce

For the pockets

Puff pastry Sheets
Shredded Chicken
Cheddar Cheese
Diced Capsicum
